Booking Fee/Deposit Agreement
We charge a Booking Fee/Deposit at the time of booking to secure your chosen date and the equipment you have requested to hire on that date. This must be paid when the booking is confirmed. It is non-refundable. The amount will be deducted from your total bill on the day of the event, subject to certain conditions as below.
We (Bush's Inflatables) may have to cancel outdoor events at short notice due to adverse weather conditions, i.e. heavy rain, strong winds, when we are not able to operate safely. If this happens, we will transfer your deposit to an alternative date chosen by you (the Customer) within a six month period from the date of your original hire (subject to availability). If no booking has been arranged within six months the deposit will be lost.
If you (the Customer) have to cancel your booking for whatever reason, we will transfer your deposit provided we are given a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to your hire date. In the event of you (the Customer) not giving us (Bush's Inflatables) the minimum required notice, your deposit will be lost.
As the Customer, you are responsible for checking and confirming that your chosen location is suitable for any of our hire equipment. If we (Bush's Inflatables) are unable to set up on the day because we have not been provided with correct information, your Booking Fee/Deposit will be lost. We will require ease of access to your chosen location. Most of our inflatable equipment is carried on sack trucks, which would require a minimum opening of 2 feet. Please advise us of any steps or any other access issues we may need to address prior to booking. Failure to do so may incur an additional charge on the day.
By booking our equipment/services you (the Customer) agree to the above Terms & Conditions.
Damage Deposit
On the day of your hire, we will also require a Damage Deposit, which will be returned immediately on the successful completion of the hire. We require £50 per Inflatable and/or £20 per Game Accessory to be paid in cash in order to facilitate ease of return.
In the event of any damage to our equipment which occurs during your hire period, a charge will be made to cover repair costs for anything which is not classed as acceptable/general wear and tear. Please note that all equipment is thoroughly checked before and after every hire.
The deposit also covers a charge for any excessive cleaning which is required as a result of customer neglect.
All Terms & Conditions are included in the Hire Agreement that you will be given to sign on the day of your hire. A digital copy can be emailed to you prior to this for you to be able to read at your leisure.
